i have talked to damon at diamond back he said they are not building street motors anymore

Do you want something local?? If not try somone on these forums, Brain at IMM, or MRL performance these guys plus others can build you anything you want, I would think though living in Texas you should have a bunch of engine builders in your area. most people will tell you to stay away from a "crate" engine.
