WTF 8 3/4 gear pattern?

Ok I have no idea what is going on with my new gears. I set the pinion depth to what the gear manufacturer asked for and the pattern doesnt look right to me. so I added .010 to the pinion depth and it made no difference in the pattern. so I took all the shims out and the pattern hardly changed again.

My photo page isnt working so I cant post pics right now. Anyways the drive side is way down on the toe side, and the coast side is almost centered. I will post some pics later and see what you guys have to say

The gears are motive gear brand, anybody on here have pics of a properly set up 8 3/4 gear pattern?

Coast side looks like A, the drive side looks like D.

Moving the pinion is only one adjustment. You can also move the ring gear into the pinion for proper mesh. Total of 2 adjustments.

I wouldn't say mine is perfect by any means, but it does work well and is quiet.
