Has the quality of these improved and are the bezels still molded in to the scoop

Not really and I don't believe so. I had a set with correct bezels and a pos fiberglass scoop that I believe were from year one. IIRC there is another company making ABS (like original) ones that look a heck of a lot better and I think are cheaper....

With Year none they will be on back order and you'll be waiting forever.
