Greetings from California everyone! This site has saved me these past 2 years I've had with this Vehicle. I got this 1973 318 duster 4bbl intake and carb swap with a 727 and a 8 3/4 F150 rear end. Original paint but no knowledge about the cars past history since seller didn't have any. Just installed a complete AAW wire harness in recently and its running the best it has since purchasing. Last picture is what the engine compartment was looking closer to when I first purchased. Multiple rat nests of wires were here but I got it done. I’m under 30 so my knowledge is sparse but I’m here to learn and appreciate this community that is an ever expanding knowledge bank. Hope everyone is doing great!

Welcome to the madness we call FABO!!! Drive the piss out of that car! It looks great!!

Welcome from part time Cali resident. Nice looking Duster!
(But what is a F150[ford] 8 3/4?)
Great point I guess I didn't put a second thought Into it and assumed the ford 8.8 was 8 3/4 instead of 4/5s. Thanks for that, saves me from getting a weird look in the future

An 8.8 Ford rear end is exactly that, an 8 3/4 Mopar rear end is exactly that, and there is a definite visual difference. The 8 3/4 never had a 5 x 4 1/2" bolt circle unless it has been re-drilled, or has aftermarket axles. Most of the later model 8.8 rear ends had disc brakes, whereas the 8 3/4 rear only had OEM drum brakes.
