Yet another episode of Name That Part

Car in question is a 1972 Duster 340/4 speed. Back in the day I probably stripped 5 Dusters in years ranging from 1970 to 1972 to save the best of them for this car. When it came time I blasted, primed and painted everything I had and now that I'm in final assembly this piece keeps bouncing around looking for a home. The donor cars ranged from V8s to /6s, manual and automatic.

Under the dash, maybe? If so I haven't found a place for it.
