I think the gentlemen said that one is an 07? and they stopped making them in 08??

Did you notice its a "Gassoline Eletric HYBRID".. Ha ha i bet that thrown the toll booth folks for a loop! That and the "TPC" Registration number, This fella is a riot.

TCP............Turkish power co? total power capacity? tons per centimeter? Tokyo police club?

TCP= Transportation Charter permit.

Take a look at a limo or a taxie. Cars with TCP reg get to park at a meeter with out paying "while waiting for a pick up" they can also park in the red zone at the airport..

That and the HYBRID emblem, I doubt this fella pays to park or go over the bridge..
