Not bad, I'd say. Original 318 from my 89 Shelby Dakota. The rear most plug on each side and the left one on the rear of the block had been building crud and almost self sealed.

I bought a 49,000 mile 78 power wagon off the original owner, the valve covers leaked so bad the engine was a total grease ball.
I pressure washed the powertrain for like 4 hrs to get the grease build up off the engine, trans and transfer case.
When done a soft-plug on the head stated leaking, the grease kept if from leaking.
It was an untouched engine, still had the orange 1978 date code plug wires on it.
