Instead of a crack induced offer, how about negotiating under a tin roof in a heavy rainstorm? LOL.
You know you will never live this down right?

Too funny!!!!!!! Tough to negotiate with all that heavy breathing going on Spaz. ;-)

I never expect to live that down. My blatant honesty has gotten me into trouble a few times in the past but I've found it's respected more than a big line of BS. :-D Billy's still giving me a bad time over my third "fact," and I'll never live that one down either -- he's gotten a lot of mileage out of it the last week or so.

I know why I am holding on the some parts I have had the longest. It is a complete front end for my wifes 66 Cuda. After restroring this car for the better part of 12 years now, I am still worried about that call..."Honey, I wrecked my car!!! The sheet metal for the 66 cuda has never been easy to find, even back when nobody loved these cars, and since it is a one year front assembly, I think I made the right choice. I have parted out about 20 cars in the past couple of years with a lot of good rare items, but I never thought of saving anything because I know that other enthusiasts are in need of these items to finish their cars, and I want them to go to the people who need to bring their cars back to life. If I need it in the future, I know that karma will bring the needed parts back to me. Just keep me in mind when I'm looking, thats all I ask!!! Good thread, Geof
