Can the ammeter be disassembled? I was thinking of using the body and the screen to install a voltmeter in its place. The mounts are in the correct place, and it would be a better fit than what I have already done. Thanks!

I read that it was a good idea to have a dedicated ground wire for the HEI module. I have the aluminum Edelbrock heads. Would it work OK to run a ground wire from the module to the back of the cylinder head? There's a few bolt holes back there that I could attach it to. Thanks!

I understand that the voltage regulator on the Rallye dash is located in the fuel gauge. I would like to replace it with a solid state (i.e., homemade) regulator. Can this be done, and if so, what would it take, parts-wise? Also, where is the darn thing?
