I found these drawings on the Internet Years ago.

Just came across them again today and thought I would share.

I knew I had these somewhere and found them.

My 55 year old Factory resonator on my "Ole Blue" is about to give it up.

I "May" try to fabricate one from these drawings.

I found out years ago that a Flowmaster 40 series muffler has virtually if not the same sound as the factory muffler.

I know Ulf has found NOS pieces for his 65 restorations. Accurite LTD has repops as well.

I still remember the sound from way back in the '80s best sounding single exhaust I've ever heard...bar none

I sold an NOS muffler and resonator to Mark in Arizona that has the pilot 67 Valiant 273 4-bbl. I hope he does that car one day...

I have both the resonators with black tip as well as stainless steel tip. Inside there is no difference. However on early mufflers it is straight thru and later 65 mufflers has a curve inside.
Re those drawings I saw them a couple of years ago. The muffler could easily done but not sure about the resonator!
