600 grit? I have used 800, but I had always thought 600 would be too gritty. I guess not, eh?Got the first 3 coats of clear on today. Let it dry for a few days then sand it with 600 grit. Then ill spray 3 more coats. After that wet sand & buff.

PPG deltron clear mixed 4:1 with a hardner dry times depends on booth temp i try to keep my booth at 75-80 when & after i spray ill let it set for 2 -3 days before sandingIs this a catalyzed clear? 600 seems way too aggressive. What does the paint supplier recommend for dry time before recoating?
i dont mind buffing its the wet sanding i dont likeI've cleared over a lot of 600 before they told me the number is 800 for that. Looked fine to me. Cutting and buffing sucks.
Great job cawley
