Stop in for a cup of coffee

We had it in storage at grandmas house after she died... When we took it back out of storage, we went to a gas station near here and filled it up... As dad was turning out of the gas station, it stumbled a little, so dad stabbed the gas and broke the tires loose...

Some young kids were walking to the station to buy some candy and when they saw us break the tires loose, their jaws dropped when they saw a station wagon spinning the tires.... :steering:
A friend still has his Sport Wagon. I think it's just a 318 car but cool with the buckets and console and all the ground effects. Oh ya, it's in the crate. Maroon and wood crate siding if I remember right.

My mom had a 68 Satellite wagon, 318. The rear door windows would squeal when you rolled them down. We always got yelled at when she would start out and we’d squeal the windows

Try putting some Lestoil in with your wash... My friend's mom used to do that to wash their jeans after they worked on cars with us... It breaks down oil and gas pretty good... I do that with my greasy wash also...

I know Ace Hardware and Lowe's carries it...

Brrr, little early for that sort of silliness isn't it? Rarely gets to -11 degrees fahrenheit here that's for sure.
I think this is pretty much normal this time of year. Good news is its going to warm up a lot.

Good morning everyone. 18° and 3" of snow last night. Should be fun with all the idiots relearning to drive on snow covered roads.

Snow changes things but what doesn't seem to slow many down up here is ice. Lots of 4WD trucks thinking they can haul ***, see them in the median frequently lol!

Here we get enought ICE/snow most can drive fine in it. Now in San Jose when I first got there there was a inch of snow on the ground. Freaking massive train wreck cars all over the place crashed and almost a total shutdown.

Just the first few snowfalls to remind everyone what it is like. Then they do fairly well. Mix in some ice/black ice/large snowfall, back to square one.

I was thinking my awd was having issues, but its the engine cutting back to 4 cyls when putting along.

Hey who's calling Hoppy a snowflake...:elmer::elmer::elmer:
And I'm back from a short nap. I hate cold meds...:mob::mob:

Neighbor down the road had a motor put into a truck, local diesel mechanic purchased a 5 year 50,000 mile engine from east coast. Neighbor drives it and detects a tick or mild knock, not sure. Anyway, engine gets scoped and there's a freaking missing piston??? Connecting rod is there, not sure about the pin, but no jug??? Anyone want to speculate if that piston could have never been installed, cause that's what it looked like??? Weird.

Crazy..

Was that where the narcotics were smuggled?
