Help! Need manifold ideas ASAP. Car going to shop at 1pm today!

Oh. And I tried a few manifolds/ideas. 1. Newer Magnum manifolds (jeep) will NOT fit, due to the gear box clearance. 2. Headers that will fit must be squirlly to fit up and over the gear box itself, not just the fittings. Personal Note/ learning curve: Buy good quality headers/custom or go...

Help! Need manifold ideas ASAP. Car going to shop at 1pm today!

Thanks for the advice. Much appreciated. I'm 99.9% sure those headers fit a "B" body. I took for granted, the headers slightly attached to the block, "fit the car" when I bought it. They literally drug on the ground mostly mounted. Didn't see it on the lift. Anyway. Found some exhaust...

Help! Need manifold ideas ASAP. Car going to shop at 1pm today!

Finished dropping the engine (318) in my 67 barracuda, just to find my headers do NOT fit. Im looking for exhaust manifold options. Does anyone know what exhaust manifolds, of what cars/years will fit? I'm desperate, it has an appointment today, at 1pm, at the exhaust shop, to have my mufflers...

    Wiper Motor Hell

The wiper motor I pulled of my 67 Cuda has three wires to the bulkhead connector. Wiring diagram suggests I should have four to the bulkhead. I'm stuck and angry. :( I can't find a wiring diagram for a "three" wired wiper motor, nor can I find a picture of what the 67 motor is supposed to look...

How much $$$$ have you spent?

And I should mention, I'm not quite done yet. So this all could change. ;)

How much $$$$ have you spent?

I've spent around $2600 ish. Includes the engine, tranny, carb, suspension, steering and electrical. However, through school I have access to a machine and tranny shop, so I was able to rebuild my own eng/tranny. Plus in trade for interning, I've gotten parts at cost. I also got quite a few...

Eh. I figured it out. It's not exactly what I want, but it will look nice. Thanks for all the help? Lol!

    Painless or EZ

Ok. I have a question. If you have to do the same amount of work to wire in a new harness as would a used harness, what's the advantage of buying a kit? I used, used because of cost. $40 bucks got me a grandma's fury, entire, bumper to bumper wires and "accessories". For granted, I spent an...

Ideas needed for 67 Barracuda paint scheme.

I have my heart set on matte black on the bottom and a gun metal gray on the top following the body line that travels bumper to bumper. I also wanted a red pin stripe to break the two up. The problem I'm having, is the funky body line that breaks below the rear little window/right of the...

Rear Shock Problem, Need Help Solving!

Ok. Struck out with the rear shocks. So I went with the old braked idea. So far, this looks like it's going to work just fine. I do need to get a longer brake line, I'm hoping that won't be as difficult a project as locating the freaking shocks. Fbo can't upload the picture via phone, so if...

Rear Shock Problem, Need Help Solving!

1967 Barracuda body with a 1976 Dodge Aspen 8-1/4 axle. I'm looking for rear shocks that will fit. So I need to find a shock with the larger loop top and a post bottom. The Aspen shock is just about what I need (extended length etc), however the loop top diameter is too small. So far my...

    Any ideas on rear shocks?

Yeah, I still have the rubber isolator deal. Pictures would be great! I would really appreciate it! ;) I feel like I'm driving blind with this project. I unfortunately have started a few modifying projects on this car at once. If you can send me those pictures, that would settle the shock...

    Engine size recommendation

I say go with the 318. Almost as someone said above, i'd add flowmasters, headers, and just to make some of the Mopar guys here groan.... A ThermoQuad. You'll love the gas mileage and you'll also love it when those secondarys open. :) Keep it cheap and simple till you can afford to blow cash on...
