    Winter time model building thread.

Thanks!! The roof was never touched, this was built from a new sealed kit and the only body modification was raising the hood scoop. All other modifications were to the chassis and engine bay only, the front suspension was untouched and the interior is also untouched. I tried to keep it clean...

Not a Mopar but this is my latest build! It is a 1966 Ford Fairlane GT pro-street. I had to do extensive modifications to the engine bay to fit the the massive Boss 429 engine in, I even raised the factory hood scoop just slightly to clear the air cleaner. The one pic shows the Boss 429 engine...

    I may Have a major F.U.B.A.R

Hey Edd, it looks like you might be onto something there! That has definitely popped out of place and would explain a few things, like the problem with it sticking when moving the shift lever from park as well as why you only have one gear. Get that back in place and you might be good to go...

Ya I was debating about going with the Hemi in the pruple one, as you said it was the last year for it. I also was researching the production numbers of the real car & came up with info from Chrysler Historical showing only 2 Plum Crazy 71 Charger R/T's are know to exist and neither was a Hemi...

This is one I've been working on for a while now & finally finished it last night. It's a '71 Charger R/T and I painted it Plum Crazy purple using paint that I ordered through work (I run the Parts Dept. at a dealership) it is the new paint code so it might a little off for a 71' color but it's...

Another winter build! I did this as a replica of my Great Uncle's tow truck that he was using in the early to mid 40's. The boom is completely scratch built and is fully functional, the hood, doors & tailgate all open as well. I printed custom decals for the doors with the Family name used on my...
