Redfish u r right. The car dont have a circuit board everything is straight wired. But the regulator is built into the temperature gauge. I got it working now. Nice to know how much gas i have now lol.

There is no way i will change to a 225. I got the car with just over 41,000 original miles and now just rolled over to 61,000 original miles. She runs PERFECT. Not sure i even want to install the Super Six but since i have it i wanted to find out if it would benefit me or not.

I got my 1960 Valiant back on the road after having to get a custom radiator built. My fuel gauge dont work so i ordered a new one... THEN i read that there is a gauge voltage regulator??? And early a-bodies is bad to go bad??? Anyway, how do i locate this regulator and how do i fix it?

ive always used Havoline 10w30 or 10w40....... BUT, ive just in the past 3-4 years became really attached to the Valvoline High Mileage 10w30 or 10w40.......not for the high mileage part, but because it just works better in my opinion....normal oil after 2500-3000 miles is BLACK. GOTTA change...

i say the transmission is bad. i drive it everyday. just the shift has a whine coming from first to second, then second to third sometimes u gotta punch or let off gas pedal to get it to shift on into third, its like it starts to then hangs, but when u punch/let off gas pedal it shifts on out...
