    Here is a pic of the carb. I can take more if needed. The spacer is 1/2" thick and is the spreadbore to spreadbore style adapter. The spacer started as a 1" spacer but had a machine shop take it down to 1/2" for hood clearance. I used this carb on a stock cast iron manifold and stock 340 air...

You can ask them to include some connector pieces (a 2" OD pipe will take a 1 7/8" OD connector or slip piece) and you can put them together without having to weld them in place for the layout.     Modifying headers, what size collector should I use???

    I would agree with what has already been stated. 1 5/8" primaries are the size for some small block applications. 1 7/8", 2", 2 1/8" primaries are what you will usually find used on the big block applications. Time to search for another set of the long tube 4 into 1 style headers. Those tri-y's...

    If they are indeed 1 3/4" primaries, I would think a 3" collector would do a good job.
