Thanks for the post. It got me googling, which got me watching youtube videos, which lead to a trip to the hardware store and I've got a derusting station set up downstairs as I type!

    De-rusting some stuff

This is awesome, thank you for posting it and answering all the questions. Doesn't matter if you signed up for it or not, eliminating rust is part of the Mopar religion now. I had forgotten all about this technique and I'll definitely give it a shot one of these days.

71 Scamp Tail Light Lens - Repros Any Good?

Those look really good, thank you for the link. Since odds are pretty low I'm going to find a used one with some miles on it, in great shape, to be a perfect match for my driver's side I'll keep these guys in mind. I get the feeling they coupon a lot, they're on sale for $120 in the link! I'll...

71 Scamp Tail Light Lens - Repros Any Good?

That is a great comparison, thank you for taking to time to share this. It tells me that if I do look for Dart lenses I'll be sure to replace them both. I'll bet very few people would notice a pair that were similar in age and good condition. In fact I'll bet the person who did notice and...

71 Scamp Tail Light Lens - Repros Any Good?

That's ok thanks for checking! Great piece though, make sure that goes on a really nice car! Come to think of it I've made up worse excuses for buying a new mopar before... "But dear, I had this REALLY clean driver's side tail light for it..."

71 Scamp Tail Light Lens - Repros Any Good?

Hi, My 71 Scamp has a partial crack on the R/H side tail light lens. It's not in the way of the bulb and you wouldn't notice it if I didn't point it out but... well you guys know how it is when you want everything right! Anyone used the Ebay sets? Is there a good source out there for used...

    Scott's Rusting Pile of Mopars

Hi all, I'm newer to the A Body scene but I'm really enjoying the 71 Scamp I picked up last year. It's just a super nice low mileage driver. I'm also building a 68 Coronet that is a retired drag car (had been sitting out in a field for 30+ years) and I've driven my 72 Challenger since I was in...

    Enjoying my Plymouth!

I've got a few more I'll upload later but it's just a damn clean, EL5 on TX9, 57K original mile car. I definitely didn't need to buy it (and arguable shouldn't have. lol) but I love to drive it! Hell I don't think I ever even had a Mopar that started every time before, let alone one where every...

    Enjoying my Plymouth!

Hi Everyone! I've driven my 72 Challenger since high school 20 years ago, I picked up a retired drag car 68 Coronet a few years back that I'm slowly putting back together, and I "accidentally" brought home a 71 Scamp (accidentally if my wife asks? Lol!) last year. I'm enjoying each of these...
