Anyone look into aftermarket shifters or dipsticks for the 545 trans? Lokar has them for the 45RFE, not 545. Stock stick will work, but I'll need to cut more of the tunnel than I'd like. Thanks

Hope you don't mind the PM... I've got a truck 2005 5.7 with 545rfe going into a '70 swinger with an RMS front suspension. The truck manifold looks good for the l/s, but r/s points strait back. Do you think stock jeep or jeep srt's will fit better. Can't find any good pics online.. Thanks

Attempting a 5.7 install in my '70 Dart, using a 2005 truck engine/545 trans and an RMS front suspension - not looking for maximum HP, so don't know if I should consider headers or stick with stock manifolds? Truck manifolds look ok clearance wise, are car manifolds any better? Thx!
