235/60-R14s on 14x6 cragars rubbed a bit on the front of my 65 dart. 225/60-R14 have no issue. I've had 245/60r14s on the back more than once lots of room.

Page 47 shows '64 body codes (fender tag) for LA. Each plant was different for a 64 A-body. Lynch Road, ST Louis, Hamtrack or LA. For LA, Galen's book only shows sales codes for A trans, C Engine, H Radio and L heater. Unconfirmed/unknown for the rest.

Nothing wrong with having both around. 120 degrees at the house yesterday, the '14 Redline R/T w/6 speed and 392s was much cooler (has AC) to ride in than the Dart.

I installed McLeod hydraulic setup into a 65 /6 -4bbl with Clifford's for a friend a few years ago. It was a pretty uneventful install. I don't remember having to solve any issues.

Being a 65, Your front drums may be swedged onto the hubs. To replace them the swedging will need to be cut to separate them from the hub. Take the spindle cap/nut off and try removing hub with the drum and they may come off.

My 65. Original most everything except the 8-3/4 added after 7-1/4 broke, wheels/tires, rebuilt the original 273, convertible top, disc brakes/dual master, paint underhood and one door. And Other things commonly replaced of course like regulator, filters, bushings, etc.
