What size carbs are you running? I have a stock stroke 340 with ported x heads and a .509 cam put together for an old school build. The tunnel ram on it right now has 450’s? I know they are Holleys, but really not sure of them. Would like to mount them sideways, because I think it looks cooler...

I think it was called Rosseau or something like that. Anyhow, they made a guard that dropped onto the top of the table with counterweights. That way you could lift it out of the way when not necessary and use it when you felt the need. It was a bulky unit, but served a purpose. I’ll throw this...

I was hiking once with my girlfriend. Suddenly a huge brown bear was charging at us, really mad. We must have come close to her cubs. Luckily I had my 9mm pistol with me. One shot to my girlfriend's kneecap was all it took. I could walk away at a comfortable pace.

Yep, 273 with a 7 1/4” rear. If you have the measurement for one with ball and trunion to 8 3/4” that will work also. I think mine has been shortened for an 8 3/4”, but it’s been so long I can’t remember.

About a month ago we adopted a 1 year old lab/heeler mix from the pound. Fantastic dog with the kids and wonderful addition to our family. She has a really high prey drive and will give chase to any animal that runs away. Particularly squirrels and rabbits. In the backyard I’m not so worried...
