I was speaking from experience for the '65 and didnt realize they had changed the 4bbl filter height in '66. I thought they used the exact same size air-cleaner tin so had assumed same in '66. Hmmm. Good to know. In that case, I couldnt find a K&N xref either.

Not advisable. The top frame must be on the car in order to 'fit' the top and glue it in the right spot across the front bow. Also required to get the other bows set correctly.

My 65 GT has one as well. They can be fairly expensive to buy as it was also used in B-Bodies. I remember my brother's 67 and 66 coronets both had one in it.
