Have you thought about doing water/methanal. I run that with my supercharger. Cools the air charge and adds another fuel.Really easy to use.

The champion plugs for those heads are rc12yc. You could cross reference that number. They are 3/4 reach 14mm plugs. They used that style plug in Hemis and small blocks. I run the autolite AR51 in my 496 Hemi. Great plug but expensive.13/16 Hex on mine you would probably want a 5/8 Hex

Are you using a household oven or do you have your own powder coat oven? What powder are you using? Is it Cardinal or Eastwood. I want to do my own powder coating but I don't have the space for the oven yet.

I have around $7000.0 in my 5.7. But I am doing mine with all ARP studs, forged rotating assembly,6.1 CNC ported heads. The 5.7 Hemi has a cast crankshafts and week rods and pistons. They work with good but only up to about 10 PSI after that you should do a forged rotating assembly. I did mine...

Hey zac,did you add the main studs before or after the machine work was done on the block? With the higher ARP clamping force I had to line hone the block when using there main cap studs. I use them on all my engine builds and have always had to line hone. Just thought I would ask if you had to...

    1974 Duster Project

From the pics I have seen for that year of duster the bumper does stick out about an inch or so on the sides with a painted filler. As far as aligning it. Some times just tweaking the adjustment and splitting the difference will work. I cut my bumpers down on my charger I did not like how far...

Did the body shop line the panels and test fit the bumper? From the pics above it looks like that was the side that had the damage. You have the same gap problem with your trunk. It looks like the tail panel and quarter are high on the left hand side.

Do you need a 5.7 car intake?I have one if so. I have 6.1 heads coming for my 5.7 block so i can't use it.One of my heads was to warped to save so I bought 6.1 heads. Parts for these motors are almost as expensive as the Gen ll Hemi.

Yes there are both. you can do the 45 degree or the remote. the 45 degree is around $99.00 The remote is more expensive because you also need to do a block off plate. I am going to try and use the milodon remote system I never used for my gen II hemi that has been sitting around. I think all...

    1967 Plymouth Barracuda Coupe

So this is what I started with. Basket Case 5.7 Hemi the heads were junk and the early 5.7 rotating assembly, rods and pistons aren't that great for performance. Please keep in mind I know that in stock form the 5.7 hemi is a great transplant and has good power and reliability but I like to...
