Didn't the early year(1987-?)Dakotas have these wheels also??? I know the Dakotas were 5 lug when they first came out, went to 6 lug later on (not sure what years, though)...... Just a thought.....

I drilled the two small rivets out yesterday to remove the gauge face and found the wire that moves the needle was gone!!!!! Kinda explains why it wouldn't move...... not burnt at all, but was a little rusty.....

I have a tester I built many years ago that uses a 9 volt battery...... Plenty of voltage for testing, but not enough amperage to fry anything......

I pulled the gauge out of the cluster, and applied battery voltage to the positive side and went to a direct ground with the other side... No movement at all. I also ran a new wire from the sending unit (new) to the gauge cluster with no change at all......

Looking for a working temperature gauge for my 1975 Dart Swinger....... I tested the gauge (grounded lead directly to ground, needle doesn't move), but all other gauges are working fine...... Let me know what you have (price with shipping to 95632)!!! Thanks!!!!

Looking for these covers. These attach to the rear interior panels (square with a slot in it for the belt to come out up top)...... Color does not matter. Let me know what you have!!!!

GTXperience--- See if the inside of the cover has a highlighted area that can be cut out with a Dremel tool....... Those hinge covers are 75-76 only, I think, and not very easy to find. I had a set of the covers like yours sent to me, and they had the outline for the seat back release lever on...

Yes, that one will work fine...... Transgo is a good shift kit, and along with doing the shift kit, cleaning out the valve body will more than likely solve the issue you're having..... Plus, the shifts will be stronger, as long as everything is adjusted correctly!!!!!

It's probably the valve body has some crap in it........ I just did a shift kit in mine because I was having the same issue with mine after completely rebuilding the trans......... Made all the adjustments according to the shift kit ( I bought a Fairbanks kit, comes with extra springs and stuff...

Got lucky today and found a brand new installed on a 95 b2500 in the wrecking yard..... 12.99 + tax...... Sweet!!!!!! Gonna modify it tomorrow...... Thanks for the great tip, Matt!!!!

I have a 1975 Dodge Dart Swinger with a non-lockup 904 that looks like it's never been rebuilt...... Took the valve body apart today, and according to the rebuild manual, it's supposed to have 6 1/4" check balls in it, but mine only had 5..... Any ideas why that would be????
