sorry guys i forgot to add that i converted my 73 into a 70-71 model, changed everything except the radiator opening support... should the sharktooth grill fit with no modfications?

good morning, i also have a question about compatibility with the shark tooth grill. Will it fit into a 73 Duster without modification... im trying to install one now and the turn signal pigtail housing is hitting the radiator wall support (not sure what you call it)....

toolmanmike, thanks for the diagrams... thats how i was going to do it except i was going to black out the headlight buckets also. I know the bulbs and bezel hide that area but i didnt want to mask around that area so its all going black

Thanks for thye replies, i am kinda over restoring the car so i want it neat. I agree that most that ive seen were a flat or matte finish but im leaning towards the satin that was recommended, i dont think that sheen will look out of place and it should be easier to clean than a flat paint.... I ended up useing all weather speedometer cable lubricant PN 4318078, actually by the chrysler corporation. I followed the directions on the back of the tube....easy peasy...Rich

i think i figured it out... i just found 2 flasher units on my 70 rally dash... im assuming one is turn signal and the other is the 4 way flasher.....

Dana, quick question.... I cosmetically restored a 70 Duster rally dash and im going to put it in my 73 non rally dash Duster. The round flasher is present on the rally dash near the ash tray area and im guessing the signal stat would go in the square holder on the bracing where the steering...
