I tested my 99 explorer 8.8/disk with the 14” rally wheel has a 3.75” back space (does not fit). Hits the caliper does not seat. Hope this helps.

I don’t think the intake will even bolt on. Do you have a short block you can place the heads on and mock the intake up. No way those holes are lining up.

Swapping out master cylinders can have a decent weight savings.

Not specific but stocker open chamber heads. The dome can be milled to work with whatever quench you’re shooting for. To many variables to be specific such as heads, head gaskets, deck height etc. I was going to use 308’s heads, .040” gasket. J heads are typically between 68-72cc.
