I run the 3.55 sure grip. With the 14" tires I feel it is the better compromise between quicker acceleration and freeway speeds (3000RPM at 65mph).

I'm happy with my Dr. Diff S-60. The highest gearing available when I bought mine was 3.54 if I remember right. I got 4.10. 4,000 rpm at 70mph sucks, but I don't do a whole lotta freeway driving.

After some more inspection I decided to purchase a radiator. Has anybody purchased the Summit universal fan shroud kit? I’m having trouble deciding on the size. I know I’m going to use height of the radiator core but, I’m thinking I should use the width of the entire radiator since the mounts...

This one gave some parts to another car I put back on the road. It had sat for at least 30 years when I picked it in 2017.

The inner fender on Chrys A bodies is a structural member & acts as a brace/support for the K member....which takes the engine & suspension weight. I would not remove it.

If the class is limited to that type of intake, then all of the participants are going to be affected/limited by the intake's capabilities. What I see is a level playing field....& the smart fellas will find ways to use the short comings of particular parts...to their advantage.
