Get the title in your name and have the Secretary of State Police come look at it. If everything checks out then they will issue a State VIN plate and attach it, at least that is how it works in Wisconsin where I had it done. I need 7/16-20 rh threads. The small bolt pattern cragars require a lug with.59 diameter shank. Standard cragars use .68 diameter shank.
