No. You'll need either a manual transmission flywheel, a converter or the front half of a converter.

You need something with a ring gear like a torque converter for your flex plate or something more easy, a flywheel. Or one of those cranks like on the front of a model T and someone like the Incredible Hulk to turn it over.

One thing that always helps when working on signal/Hazzard lights is to ensure all the light bulbs sockets are clean as a whip. The flashers rely on amp draw to work properly. Often you will find your signal lights will flash more quickly and steadily after cleaning these up. Cley

If you can do pre sale inspections for clients too far away or unqualified to do it, I'd bet you can make a go of it. Especially if word gets around you know what you're doing.

Mainly the 5.5 wide 14's were standard on 340 A body cars that weren't ordered with rally wheels.

@Oldmanmopar thank you for the info and very interesting videos. The first lifter I pulled out had no indication of wear so I hope the cam is fine. My next step is to check and see if it's getting oil and prior to that I will move the lifter back and forth to see if we have bore ware. Thanks again!

if you're not going to run a cam over about .430 lift or rev it to the moon then i wouldn't worry about it, tbh.

My questions... Motor has 17,000 miles on per OP. What has changed?? Was it like this last change? What would be wearing out so long after the build? Did it sit for a long time? Is it diluted oil?
