My '72's front fenders looked like Swiss cheese from all the badge holes... "Dart", "Special", and a huge script "Swinger". I filled the holes except for the relatively discreet Dart on each side. Then I'll put the stick-on Dodge on the hood and trunk lid... that is enough for me!

Good info...I have this same trans(73 vintage) I am currently putting together. I am using 3:73 rear on my 69 Swinger 340 so by the sounds of it I should be ok?? I read a chart that gave me a spec of around 3100 rpm at 60Mph. Does that sound correct to you AJ? Thanks

Is the car a dart swinger or swinger special ??? I notice some odd badging here. The first four digits of the vin number will be LH23 if it's a swinger or the first four of the vin number will be LL23 if it's a swinger special.
