Big Issue on harnesses from Classic Industries

I think the connectors on the classic harness may be for a newer model year; 1970? And they said they were made in China.

I'm glad you are getting some relief. I find inconsistency in the gummies. I'm not a big user of any of it mostly because of the inconsistency. I'm actually talking about the caramels.

Do those other places have the specific harnesses with all the correct Dodge connectors. That is what attracted me to Classic. Of course, look how that worked out.

    The 1947 Dodge Build

I love the idea of a 318 or even 273 stroker, because it keeps the bore small for better flame propagation, yet wields the longer stroke for massive torque. In my opinion, for big engines, the 413 was a much better balanced engine because of the smaller bore versus the 440. (In fact, for 2-3...

Sorry to read, BUT Classic is the last place I would order wiring from. Van's, M&H, Evans etc. Thanks for heads up.

Finally Tired of Antics on Graveyard Cars

I remember the episode where he said that he didnt do A bodies because there was no money in them. POW, right there I lost respect for the guy, just in it for the money like the other high dollar builders that I have no use for.

    8.75 rear change

Yes sir, it uses a crush sleeve. It's splittin hairs really, Steve, but if I had a 742 already, I wouldn't swap. Under a LOT of power, the crush sleeve can actually crush further and cause the pinion depth to change. If it changes enough, it could be catastrophic. It takes a lot of power and a...
