Talk me into or out of Holley Terminator X

Apples and oranges comparison though. As the original poster was looking into the throttle body injection, whereas the Edelbrock's PF4 is multi-port. A buddy of mine, The Outlaw DennisH" loves his PF4 too. If you compare Holley's multi-port to the PF4, its a whole nother discussion.

    1970 340 air cleaner dimensions?

A light bulb popped on in my head when I read your reply! Making the oval openings slightly larger could serve 3 purposes. 1- It would alleviate having to repair or replace the metal in the opening where you remove the existing snorkel. Simply make it just big enough to use existing metal to...

I'll make it as short as possible. I had a similar issue with my 360 all last summer. After replacing the entire ignition piece by piece plugs, wires, dist., coil moduel, timing. No improvement. I put a scope on it it was skipping but on different cyl.all the time I put the last part on so I...

It’s January…….plenty of time for tweaks before car season gets underway. Pull the heads, have them milled to 80cc and the bowls blended. Get a 9.5” converter. If that’s still not enough, put some gears in it.

[WANTED] 340 or 360 Thick walled block.

I have a 91 block out of a b250 van but I am a long ways away. I keep an eye out at the salvage yards for maxi vans because they usually used as shuttles and thus have long duty cycles which I believe leads to less core shift and they tend to be driven mildly. Seldom do they have a ring ridge...

My custom headers are one piece, but my hooker adjustables are a total of eight pieces. The coating is absolutely no problem during assembly. At least, not on mine. I don't use anything to seal the tubes to the collectors, and even though they were intended to be race headers, I added flanges...
