The way I currently have it wired the clutch switch and the line lock button have to be engaged for the 2 step to work. I’m being cheap (MSD wants $50 for the correct relay)

    72 340 4spd TX9 and 73 340 4spd Triple black Cudas. What are they worth?

My cousin contacted me and the short is, a relative passed and has 2 340 cudas for sale. I was asked if I'm interested 1st. The 73 supposedly runs/drives but... the 4spd was swapped for an auto and no 4spd to go with it. They're both H code BS cars. Has typical roof and trunk rust. 72 is...

    Interior door removal tool

OEM 1960's panels? Plastic pry bars and get as close to the clip as possible. I have had my OEM 67 door cards off several times but the car was in a low humidity environment.

What's the go to for radiators?

That is my bet. You can get various levels of cooling efficiency. Do some searching on FABO, 90+ percent of the my car overheats start with "I just installed my super duper, super cool, aluminum radiator and my car is over heating".

    Wheel advice

I have SBP hubs front and back so I went with the Cragars 15x7 front and 15x8 rear. I found 215/60 fits comfortably at the front and probably could go to a 225/60 even maybe a 235/60. At the rear I went 235/60, however it does depend on the tyre make because the cheap Vitour Galaxies I’m running...

Valve springs recommendation for Lunati cam

73195 is a Comp 995-16. This is a dual spring that requires machining to the heads. The 74895 is a beehive. My suggestion for a single spring option would be a Howard’s 98412

/// Another Bunch Of 273 Commando Rebuild Questions? ///

if no damage anywhere else, i'd guess carbon build up that broke off and rattled around in there. dress the rough spots and ship it. media blast, but that's a dangerous game. maybe an ultrasonic cleaner with an aggressive cleaner but tough to do with aluminum. yeah, looks normal. it's not...

    5.9 stroker build

I agree, there's some ambiguity to the spring specs and to what Jeff was saying. If I take a conservative view and say the seat pressure is 138# @ 1.950", is that a reason for concern? It's 12# or 8% lighter than Hughes' cam card specs.

    Ball joints and bushings

for your application PST or kanter will be fine for those components along with rubber bushings and bumpers. use poly on the sway bar bushings and end links. the only deviation from that, i would strongly suggest using moog "problem solver" offset upper control arm bushings. they will allow...
