i'll check the coil tower tomorrow like you said but we did check the coil positive and it did get brighter when we cranked the motor. however the test light also showed that the negative side had power. it was dim then when cranked it got bright

i have a 74 duster 318 just put new mopar performance valve covers on it. are breathers necessary? i have 1 hole drilled in the one for a pcv valve theres a spot to drill another hole to put a breather in but want to make sure it is necessary before i tear them off to drill another hole. thanks
