Yes it’s got a good ground. Even ran a jumper wire straight from the negative battery post to ground it and nothing changed.

Pre Eagle. It’s a 2006. I put a ground to the green field wire and the alternator started charging, so I’m thinking it’s a bad regulator now.

Negative. These were regulated by the computer from the factory.

That was the plan with that amount of lift. Probably a factory replacement. Could be a good runner for a torquey 318.

It's a one owner car, and he said he never messed with anything but replacing the slant after it busted a hole in the block. I'll still do that to make sure, but my bet is 2.76 or something taller.

Abused is a strong word. I'm good friends with the owner, and we've talked about me getting it out and putting it on the road. I'll keep an eye on it that's for sure.
