the back of the seal this faces the timing chain

seal is in backward. this is the front of the seal it should face towards towards the balancer

if you install the seal with the side in your last picture out. facing the dampner you shouldn't have any problem.if he works at a chrysler dealer he should have the tool like the holley tool so it should install easy

also install dry no rtv like everyone said

your installing it in backwards first picture is the back of the seal that goes toward the timing chain

i work at a cdjr dealer and there a bulletin on trucks that we would add capacitors in the asd wiring on the injector side and the the capacitors bolted to the head for rfi setting codes. i don't know if that would help on your build i know its not stock wiring or pcm.

You said its a gt45 turbo do you know what a/r wheel are? is it just an ebay one. I'm interested in doing a magnum turbo motor just to play with.

on my demon the guy before me welded a bolt to the latch the had one of those tall chrome valve cover t handle bolt ran through the key hole. it doesn't look to bad I left it it works good. ill try to post a pic of it.

i have a 1972 340 demon i'm putting the kelsey hayes small bolt 4 piston brakes on it and i got a master cylinder that has even resivours front and back is this correct. or does it take the same master cylinder as 73 and newer with non power disc brakes.

what master cylinder are you supposed to use on the kh set up is it the same as 73 and up?

you could just put elephant ears on it. cheaper than suspension.
