why is everyone cutting off the end of the axle tube? all you have to do is drill out three plug welds and push the tube out cut off 3" and press back in and weld it up ! Here is the article i used. http://www.stangfix.com/testforum2/index.php/topic,11946.0.html

this is a 1972 plymouth scamp. been sitting for about 15 years. car was slant six with auto trans. car was totally stock and untouched. i am running a 77 440 with 1969 torque flight 727 trans. im am using 8.8 disk break rear end out of 97 explorer its posi with 373 gears. here are some pictures...

Question just ordered a disk break conversion for front of my scamp. I know you have to change upper arms to b body . The kit uses b body spindles . Do I need to change bottom ball joints ? I'm going to replace them anyway. Thanks
