Ok my question is around the counter weight. How is the best way to remove it? I was just going to die grind the welds remove the weight and then carefully grind off the rest of the weld. Is this OK?

Ok going from power to manual with small sector gearbox. What pitman arm do I need. I got the Firm Feel adaptor and gearbox installed already.. Please help out by saying I am not going to have to take these dang pins out !!!
