Seat Bracket for Corbeau Style Seats

I have it on the highest mounting pint for testing. It can go down one inch by moving the brackets closer. The bottom of the bracket at its highest is 5 inches. The bracket can be moved down one peg which should bring it in at 4 inches with the seat . I am going to lower it before final bolt...

Seat Bracket for Corbeau Style Seats

I purchased Corbeau style bucket seats for my 1968 Barracuda. Here is the mounting bracket I used. Hopefully this can help other people who are looking for installation ideas. Summit Racing sells a Corbeau Competition Bracket. Part number CSU-C22005 for $139.00 each. I am attaching pictures of...

    Small bolt pattern 15x9 wheels

I'm building a '68 Barracuda for racing. The rear is an 8 3/4 with the small bolt pattern. There is a home built 15x9 wheel 5inch backspacing with 275/60r15 cooper tires on it. I need a second set of wheels to put my 275/60r15 drag radials on. Of course there are no wheels in the bolt pattern...

    Which leaf springs to use?

Will the SS springs work well with the Leaf Spring relocation to the frame rail. I am building a '68 Barracuda for 90% track and 10% car meets. I'm tossing around the Split mono option or the QA1 rear setup, but the SS spring is also an option. I am running a 318 right now but the 440 is coming...

    440 Cross Ram

Sorry. I found information on the B-body site. Should have used duckduckgo first before posting.

    440 Cross Ram

Has anyone run a 440 with a Mancini cross ram intake. I am building a '67 dart drag car and trying to keep a small old school look. A 413 or 416 max wedge is impossible to find in bare bones. I saw an intake for the 440 that would keep the old school look. Would it be good for racing? Thoughts?

    1967 Dart and 1968 Barracuda

Picked up these to build for local track racing. Barracuda has a built 318 for now and the dart is a six waiting to be removed. I am still researching the dart. The title says 1967 but it has 1968 marker lights. I am the second owner and have a copy of the original title. The car was purchased...

    Transmission upgrade

My '64 Valiant has a manual column shift transmission. The car is a 170 I think. When I upgrade to a V8 (undecided on 340 or 440 yet) can I use the original transmission and just change the bellhousing and such or do I have to get a different trannsmission.

    Floorpans

Its about $400 for 4 new pans or could I just buy 2 long sheetmetal pieces for a little over $100 and weld them in. Will this work?

    Floorpans

A question on replacement. Do I need to purchase original designed pans or can I get away with just a straight sheet of metal. I'm not building a prize car just something to terrorize the streets with. Its a '64 Valiant. Thanks. :blob:

    Green Machine

I am a huge fan of Sublime green. I hate to admit it but my '64 valiant that I'm building is going to be Sublime with huge Plymouth call out badges on the rear flank.
