    Al, I put a set of PG front bucket seat covers on the 70 4 speed Purple Swinger Dart I sold in the summer. Had no problems with the installation and fit was nice. Not as good as Legendary for quality, but for the price, they worked great.

    Pertronix work great!! easy to install, run a direct 12 volt wire and that's it. I run a Igniter III with rev control and a Flamethrower coil on my 340 motor. I believe you will need model 1361A for your slant 6. Good luck.

    318 small oil leak

    the oil you see on your intake is from the intake bolts, the oil wicks up and lands on your intake. You need to put some Teflon or Permatex sealer on the bolts before you install them. Hope this help you.

    Petronix 3 electronic ignition

    I run a Pertronix 3 in a distributor on my rebuilt 340 motor. You only need to make a straight connect to a full 12 volts to make it work, take the ballast and ecu out of the equation. It works great and has the built in rev limiter.

    rewiring charging system

    can I attach a extra 10 gauge wire with a 12 gauge Fusible link to the alternator and run it to the positive starter motor bolt. I figures this will take most the electrical load off the bulkhead wire going to the amp gauge. Will this work?
