Ok, that is how the wire is hooked up. I changed out the ignition swith about a year or so ago. I will see if can trace the horn wire, and see if maybe it shorting out somewhere. It just weird that it does it even when I don't press the horn. It's just a random thing.

Hum, I wonder if I was sent the wrong converter. I was just looking at the box it came in and it says Recon: CR94 (I'm guessing thats the part number) then below that it says TC, A518, A618, 46/47/48RE, 11". It does not say anything about RH, so could that be my problem??

Well, it only has the one 3 wire plug coming from the trans, so that would mean it's a 46rh non computer controlled right?? I am not sure what year the trans is from, but does it make a difference, if its indeed a 46rh?

Well, I got the car back today, and it turned out sweet. He cut the floor, and ran steel up and around the trany and a welded to the top ends on the original t-bar crossmember that was cut. So, part of the floor is now the torsion bar crossmember. It's welded all the way around on both sides...
