I run 408 with a digital small cap due to not much room between firewall and cap for timing clocking on my 66 DART but your setup might have a little more room. I also run 830 cfm 4150 style carb if that helps.

Depends on RPM you are trying to see the diff. you will need to be 6k rpm for the Victors to do their thing..or the giggle juice (NO2). Victors are what youll need .

Should be in the collector half wayish depending on interference possiiblity and optimal @ 3 oclock or 6 oclock position .

Yes just disconnect your battery and you can weld them on the car with out hurting anything besides burning something while welding of course.

Grey type absorbs water / oil and the white absorbs oil only when picking types .
