    heat crossover/intake question

    I bought an edelbrock performer intake and was test fitting it last night. This intake doesn't cover the heat cross over. The square port below it is covered but not the round half circle opening. Did I buy the wrong intake or is there something else I have to do to cover this up? Thanks

    Thanks StrokerScamp, just to be safe I will probably use that on the timing cover and water pump bolts. I have a whole tube of the red permatex, as far as the exhaust goes is it just the end studs that require sealant? And the head bolts don't require anything correct? Thanks for all the help
