    Oh Yeah, another problem I think I had was that I originally used Lock nuts which twisted the studs when trying to tighten,,, Used regular nut, washer and lock washer and no problems,,,

    Used the 2 part epoxy, worked like a charm!!! Ended up having a tight enough fit when I twisted the studs into the holes with the Epoxy. I do think a big part of the problem was not cleaning out the drilled hole,, used Acetone, a rag and 1 phillips screw driver,, THANKS AGAIN TO ALL!!!

    Thanks both of you! sounds like Epoxy is the way to go. Still unsure whether to fill in the hole and drill/thread it after it dries, or just glue the studs in,, Anyone try both methods?
