no one around started going into shock....now all i want to do is fix my dash leak. oh well.
poor 24 yo girl lost 2 fingers a couple hours before me so i definitely did not earn the finger injury award!
i am so bummed...
pushing my dart out of the garage last night, which i do all of the time, momentarily lost track of my positioning in the garage and BANG crushed lacerated left ring finger between the car door and garage.
hand surgeon monday....there goes my car budget.
cross your...
hahahah....you got it! I didn't even realize it until you said that. Now....get them to stop squeaking for us! Didn't squeak at all on day 1...now they are squeaking a lot...but work good.
Got a 76 Duster 2 days ago - and it's pretty cool!
It was used since 1992 as a rural mail delivery vehicle by a very nice elder lady. She kept immaculate records (see the photo of the yellow 6x4 note book).
Yeah, so I don't know a ton about cars, but I'm getting there. I just dug this car...
I'm looking at shop manuals for my 71 dart swinger /6. Guessing a factory manual would be the best - anyone point me in the right direction? I found this one on ebay but I'm not sure if it's the one I need since it does not mention the /6 in the description...
thanks for the info guys! looks like a key spot to fix right. I'd have to drive a couple hours to get to the car and not sure I'd be comfortable driving it on the freeway to get it home so still trying to decide what I'll do...
Is the crack at the back of the roof area a big deal to fix on this scamp - looks like it could be?
