    A body louvers

Yours looks a lot narrower at the top, then at the bottom. That would definitely fit Duster/Demon/Dart Sport. The one I have looks fairly even top to bottom width. Maybe for Dart Swinger?? It's an aftermarket piece (see label), the hinges are at the far ends.

    A body louvers

Here's a couple pics, for now. I still have my Duster in storage, so I couldn't test fit. It might possibly be for a '70's Dart Swinger.

    A body louvers

Well, I kinda fell into one, I'll post pics in a day or so. I haven't quite decided, whether or not, I'd sell it. I'm also unsure of what it's for, I was told Duster-Demon, and that's what it looks like to me. My Duster is still in storage, so I can't check the fit. One thing for sure, it's for...

High Impact Color Production % #'s

There is no "High Impact" colors for 1969. The "High Impact" colors were available at extra cost for the 1970 model year, through 1973 the last year available. Although these colors were available in other years, as you could order a car in any color you would like, code "999". They were not...

72 Duster Shark Tooth Grill Chrome Trim

Soak your screws with penetrating oil, the day before, get pliers to hold clips stable while on-screwing, as this is how the mounting tabs get broken. You can always re-glue them...Just kidding. you have 4 screws for each headlight corners, two are screws are in the grill, one at rad support...

72 Duster Shark Tooth Grill Chrome Trim

Yes you need to remove the grill. The bottom trim is on the same way the top is, with small screws. The trim is usually filled with dirt inside the "crack", which harden with time, so a good soaking won't hurt. Aside from that, it should pull out reasonably well, without forcing it. When you...

    Rust Removal using Electrolysis

OH! Dont use this meathod on aluminum! Or Bronze or Brass...the fumes are explosive/toxic. A good rule of thumb, use it only on something magnetic, if the magnet doesn't stick to it, do not use this process. Note: Stainless steel trim is magnetic, but still not OK to use this process. It's...

Cheapest place to buy trim clips?

Scott, this place has quite the extensive inventory http://www.mrgusa.com/index.html, I don't know if they fall into "the cheapest place" category, but the likely hood of them having it, is a plus. The files are PDF, so it will take some time to upload.

    placement of factory GO wing?

Do you have the factory mounts also? Some trunk lids have cut outs from the factory, specifically to mount the hardware, sounds like your trunk lid doesn't. I think I've posted that info on here before, I'll search my old posts to see. It would be a lot easier for you to find a lid with the cut...

1971 340 duster hood pin location

I've answered this in another post, http://www.forabodiesonly.com/mopar/showthread.php?t=61158. Post #8, dimensions are there. This is on a '71 Duster, same location for '72. Most of the time there is a dimple were the hole should go in the inner fender/rad support. Hope this helps. Giles

    60-72 grill on a 73

You'll need to change the whole front section, bumper, bumper filler, hood... The grill will bolt in, but won't look right, as the '73 has a pointed "beak" and the '70-'72 are straight.

    go-wing colors

I believe they were somewhat like model T's, only available in black. I haven't researched this, but I don't recall ever seeing any factory cars, with anything but black Go-wing or Gull wing. And I agree with you on the white to match the stripe, it would look much better.

    Duster w/v24 option??

Indeed it is a rare one, post pics when you get a chance. I'm actually surprised on the low numbers in that color, 'cuz I personally think the Duster looks great in purple. In a nutshell, it could be possible (but not likely) that all the purple Duster's had the V24 callout and a 4 speed...

    Duster w/v24 option??

There are just too many variables. How many with white stripes, how many with bucket seats, how many with deck lid spoiler? The list goes on and on.... Even some manual trans numbers are not broken down to 3 speeds and 4 speeds. Keep plugging, you will eventually find out bits of info. at a time.
  29. 3

    Duster w/v24 option??

There is a breakdown for auto and manual trans cars, I don't have access to those at the moment. Breaking it down to color, trans and option, would be a calculated guess at best, and not a definite number.

    Duster w/v24 option??

He's saying 10% of 12,886 with V24, I believe. Somewhere in the 1,300 car range, for V24. Factory documentation is slim for those years.
