Before I give up on the ABS, does anyone have any suggestions for getting the side trim on? The liner is installed and fits good everywhere else. I kind of hate to give up on it simply b/c I can't get the trim on. No one has had this issue w/ the ABS liner?

I agree. I need the retractable should belt. I have my originals. Some of the plastic is cracked but maybe it wouldn't look too bad w/ either new or dyed webbing. I'll see how they turn out. Thanks for the offer though.

Purchased a new '71 style rally bezel from PG Classic. It didn't line up on the housing all that well. The bezel needed to shift up about an 1/8". This made the headlight and wiper switches off center along with the lower mounting holes. The gauges also weren't quite centered in the lenses...

Thanks Ross. I guess I'll try mig welding the holes. I'll use tack welds and keep plenty of air on it. Hopefully that'll keep it from warping.

I'm going to cut a '74 dash frame to fit a rally bezel. What is the tab just above the radio used for (circled in pic)? I don't see a need for it and don't plan to leave a tab there when I cut mine. Also, I'll have two 3/8" holes to seal to the right of the climate controls. What's the best...
