i got both sockets for the large and small ball joints... and I cant tell you the size cuz they are at my brothers place. though I know there is no markings on them to indicate size. got mine from Just Suspension

make sure you look in the boxes and check to make sure al lthe right parts are in the right boxes :)

there is a roll pin keeping the shift arm in the column, remove that pin and the arm will come right out. should be easy to rem,ove as mine always wants to come out on its own and i push it back in with my finger.

they did not put the "key on the side of the column" until 70 before that iginition was on dash, could not lock the column at all. I would imagine that the lockout began in 70, however. I am not an expert

i thought one of the safety features in the late 60's / early 70s was collapsabaled steering columns, i.e. it would disengage from the dash and go down... am I just smoking some of the good stuff?
