sounds like the rod that runs from the handle linkage down to the latch itself has a slight bend in it. which would cause it not to "throw down" far enough when you engage the door handle button. (there are two seperate rods that run to the latch ....one for interior handle, one for exterior...

they will fit. but not without converting the front end over to a duster front end (hood,fenders,bumper,grill,bumper filler panel etc...ect...) dart and demon fenders is what your looking for if you want to keep a it all factory demon looking.

divenut, I figured out why the pictures were printing weird. when I save your pictures to my computer....for some reason its converting them to panoramic view and stretches the pictures way out. it doesnt do it with other pictures...only yours. so if at all possible could you email them to me...

you can try....but odds are they wont do anything. that's like contacting pillsbury because your cookies didn't come out right lol. you can say you followed the directions to a T and they would probably just blame it on humidity or your oven HAHA

Im going to have to say it didnt have enough time to flash off the solvents at that temperature. sucks having to redo work. The way I am doing my duster is doing all my body work, laying down primer,sand,primer,sand,then using a 2 part epoxy primer/sealer ,then paint.

And Im doing some fine tuning to a couple body lines where there were some dings on the lines themselves and I just want to make sure its all looking the way it should so I know if I need to do any...

don't spray foam. having replaced quarters and trunk extensions on my duster due to the previous owner thinking spray foam was a good idea. I can vouch that it does infact hold moisture and can reek havoc on the metal. what i am planning on doing (and what others have mentioned) is completely...

you dont want debris in your paint or clear so you shouldnt want it in your primer either. after all, if a chunk of dirt in your primer gets on the car....and you then spray paint and clear over top of that....you will still see it. like was said,strain everything. I always mix my paint up...
