Wheelie bar on my bike..........hell that was for the rich kids. I could only afford a piece of bent card board that was crimped onto the fender brace with a wooden clothes pin so that it rubbed against the spokes and made a clacking noise to simulate a motor! Now that was cool.

Frankly, I would go with the correct Mopar un-silcenced air cleaner. That dual snorkle just doesn't look right on your year of car and that air cleaner was for later model Mopar's and usually with 383's. If not the black un-silenced unit, I would stick with the chrome unit. See the pic below...

Dude.......I wouldn't touch that tilt thing with a ten foot pole. It's not suited for restorations because you have to keep the rear end on and K member so that you can have the wheel hubs to bolt this thing on to. It would be next to impossible to cut off the quarter panels, replace trunk...
