Another vote for AMD...Lots of panels for my 68 GTS. All fit quite well. Not worth the savings to deal with the inferior metal....

Of course you can use one of the many plastic body prying tool to achieve the same results. Rule of thumb... take your time.. go easy...

I use a popsicle stick on one edge or the other. It depends, when I look at them. I can usually see which way they were popped on. Just take your time. Start at one end and work the other way slowly. Maybe an inch at a time.

I replaced my original fenders with regular Ma Mopar 68's.. So.. before I trashed the rusty fenders, I made a paper template, just like you said, from the rear top of the fenders. Did the same on the trunk. I can dig em out if Boone doesn't get back at ya.

They go in the front wheel wells.. Attached to the frame.In the center of the K frame on each side..They are Splash/Dirt shields.. See my Build Thread below...

Just did this on my GTS...Look at my build thread...last few pages.. I did install both fenders before the hood, so I could get correct gaps at the doors and cowl first. Gang Green 68 GTS

AMD is about as good as you can get. But sometimes need massaging.

It is used in the marine world, mostly on raw fiberglass edges. If that helps.

You can actually buy that from a marine supplier. Comes in different colors also.

I'm gonna shoot my engine bay with single stage, and maybe some wheels or the trunk inside with it. Then I'm gonna let my body guy do BC/CC on the exterior. Its just easier for me to do single stage at home myself since I am a novice painter.
